The Digital Schools of Europe Project

In October 2020 the EU Commission confirmed authority for use of the EU Logo on Dublin West Education Centre’s digital schools’ award – Digital Schools of Europe.

The award’s evaluation criteria have been updated in line with developments and advancements of digital technology engagement in teaching and learning.

The Digital Schools of Europe project aims to enhance digital integration in learning, teaching, training and youth work at various levels throughout the EU. It is hoped that other regions and countries in Europe will develop their own Digital Schools of Europe Award. Then it is envisaged that schools who wish to become Digital Schools of Europe will avail of and incorporate using tools on this site like the Technology Enhanced Roadmap (TEL) Roadmap and the School’s Self-evaluation Review to prepare for their Validation on achieving the Award.    Find out more about the project!

If your school would like to know more and participate in this exciting research project why not register to join the community. This is a dynamic project and this website will be updating and changing regularly so please come back again.
