Description

Our school is university training school for students of faculty of education. There are 255 pupils in our school. Pupils are between 7-12 years. Preparatory class for immigrant children.

Goals

Goals: Improve pupils ICT-skills and take responsibility for their own work. To get pupils work as a team and make projects together.

Methods

Methods: We made a group for the pupils in O365 and  pupils make their own projects there. They could read others works and make comments for them.

Materials

Materials: We used Office 365 (Word-online), Smartboard and Ipads (Popplet)

Assessment

Assessment: Pupils could read others work when they were not ready and give some feedback during and after the project.

ICT

Pupils planned a story by mind map using Ipads (Popplet). Then they send it to O365 (Onedrive) in our 3A-group and made a story there.

eTwinning

Mobility

Other pupils could read their unfinished story and make some improvements and feedback. In the end they read finished stories and gave feedback.

Stakeholders

Pupils could write their stories at home and show it to their parents.

Success

This project made pupils much more excited of writing when they could write by computer instead of a pencil. Pupils got good feedback from the others and they could improve their work thanks to feedback.

This project were much more motivational for the students than just normal story writing by pencil. Pupils learned to give

feedback for other pupils and take some back too.
